“New York New York” Caesar Salad: Crisp romaine lettuce drizzled with a delicate Caesar dressing
Entrée:
“It was a very Good” Chicken Marsala: A chicken breast cooked to perfection in a Marsala wine sauce served over a nest of capelleni pasta garnished with parmesan tuiles
“Luck be a” Broccoli Almandine: Delectable broccoli florets steamed to perfection, then finished with toasted almonds

“Under My Skin” Rollatini Capelleni: Eggplant rolled with a three cheese mixture served over a bed of capelleni with marinara sauce
