Veronica Watson, Department of English, is participating in an ongoing online dialogue in the newsletter for the Research Committee on Racism, Nationalism, and Ethnic Relations, a research group of the 5,000-member International Sociological Association.
The first installment of the dialogue on the significance of interrogating whiteness in international, global contexts was published in the October 2011 edition of the newsletter.
Watson is the only contributor of the six whose training is outside of the field of sociology.
