Dr. Christian Vaccaro, assistant professor of Sociology, recently joined the Mid-Atlantic Addiction Training and Research Institute (MARTI), as a research associate.
Dr. Vaccaro, the lead researcher, with the assistance of Drs. Alex Heckert (MARTI/Sociology), Jay Mills (Psychology), and Victor Garcia (MARTI/Anthropology), has developed a major MARTI research initiative, “Developing and Assessing Family Based Interventions for Young Veterans’ Readjustment to Civilian Life.”
