Dr. Henry Wong Doe, piano faculty member in IUP’s Department of Music, visited Shanghai and Hong Kong, China, and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, during Thanksgiving break 2011.
While in Hong Kong, Wong Doe gave a lesson to Leona Cheung (left), a former student of Auckland University classmate Wendy Lin (center). Cheung is a senior piano performance major in Hong Kong and is planning on graduate study in Europe and the United States.
