Doctoral Candidate Presents on Incivility in Nursing Education

Riah Hoffman, doctoral candidate in Nursing, presented a poster entitled “Incivility: A Concept Analysis in Nursing Education” at the forty-first biennial Convention of Sigma Theta Tau International, held in Grapevine, Texas, October 29 through November 2, 2011.

Sigma Theta Tau International is the only international nursing honor society worldwide.  It is a global community of nurse leaders, with members belonging to 469 chapters who live in eighty-six countries.  Through this network, members lead in using knowledge, scholarship, service, and learning to improve the health of the world’s people.
