Aquatics Exercise Programs: It's Not Too Late to Sign Up

Faculty, staff, and students, are you looking to improve your swimming ability, or need someone to help you through your fear of the water?

Sign up for one of our water exercise programs. They are a great way to enhance cardiovascular fitness and tone the entire body. Check out our program for private swimming lessons, which are available year round. You and your private instructor will pick a time for your lesson based on your schedule. Afternoon and evening classes are available.

Private swimming lessons for children are also offered year round.
