On September 15, 2011, the Beta Gamma Chapter of Kappa Delta Pi welcomed a visitor from KDP Headquarters in Indianapolis.
Morgan Batrell, the regional chapter coordinator for the Northeast Region, met with Brienne Metzgar (co-president), Rachel Marinari (co-president), Kim Sumpter (vice president), Dr. DeAnna Laverick (co-counselor), and Dr. Joann Migyanka (co-counselor) to discuss goals and initiatives for the Beta Gamma Chapter at IUP.
Kappa Delta Pi is the international honorary society in education.
