Dr. John “Jake” Gibbs was recognized at the Department of Criminology’s awards ceremony on May 7, 2011.
He has been an employee of Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 1988 through 2011. Dr. Randy Martin, department chair, presented Dr. Gibbs with a plaque for his service and with best wishes on his retirement.
