University Commencement is Saturday, May 7, 2011. University Printing will again provide departments with a color cover for their departmental ceremony at no cost.
The cover is a representation of the main ceremony program.
The finished program size will be 5½" x 8½". This is an 8½" x 11" folded.
Please note that covers will not be provided if the text is not copied at the Printing Center.
All information from departments, in regard to the number of covers needed, must be e-mailed to the Print Center office e-mail, printing-office@iup.edu, by Wednesday, April 13, 2011, to ensure meeting deadlines.
Because of bindery functions involved to complete the programs, we are asking that each department send a Print Center work order with all program information (inside text) to University Printing no later than Wednesday, April 20, 2011.
If you can't make the deadline, programs will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
