John Cavanaugh, chancellor of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education, will appear Monday, March 28, 2011, before the state House Appropriations Committee to discuss PASSHE’s 2011–2012 appropriations request.
PASSHE’s budget hearing is scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m. It can be viewed live on the Pennsylvania Cable Network (PCN) website and will be aired Monday evening on PCN.
Joining Cavanaugh at the hearing will be Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania President David Soltz and Clarion University of Pennsylvania President Karen Whitney.
