The Gambler, Kenny Rogers, Goes All In at Kovalchick Complex

Kenny Rogers, the man who coined the phrase, “You’ve got to know when to hold em’, and know when to fold em’,” is coming to the Kovalchick Complex on June 16, 2011, at 8:00 p.m.

Rogers will be celebrating over a half-century in country music during his stop in Indiana with his First 50 Years Tour.

Kenny Rogers has won three Grammy Awards, eleven People’s Choice Awards, eighteen American Music Awards, eight Academy of Country Music Awards, and five Country Music Association Awards.

Rogers’ legendary hit list includes “The Gambler,” “Lucille,” "Ruby Don’t Take Your Love to Town," and “Coward of the County.”

“I really, really love what I’m doing,” Rogers said. “People survive longer if they love what they’re doing. Because you just don’t quit.”

Tickets to “An Evening with Kenny Rogers,” priced at $35, $45, and $85, go on sale April 8 at 10:00 a.m. Special cabaret seating for parties of four will include special VIP privileges (details to come) for a packaged price of $500.

Kenny Rogers’ tickets may be purchased online, by phone at 800-298-4200, or at the Kovalchick Complex Box Office.

Country all-star Kenny Rogers will show Indiana what years of making music sounds like on his First 50 Years Tour at the Kovalchick Complex.

Kenny Rogers is currently the eighth best-selling male artist of all time, according to the RIAA, with twenty platinum albums.
