IUP-TV Sports Productions will be airing live IUP men’s and women’s basketball games against CALU on Wednesday, February 9, 2011 (Comcast, channel 6). Immediately preceding each game will be a special student-produced pregame show starting at 5:10 p.m.
IUP-TV Sports Productions was recently recognized as a finalist in the College Broadcaster’s, Inc. awards for Best Live Sports Production. They also received the National Broadcasting Society’s Region One Award for best play-by-play.
Wednesday night’s game will also be webcast live on PennAtlantic.com. Tape-delay broadcasts of the games will be Thursday at 8:00 p.m. and Friday at 4:00 p.m.
