Dr. Krys Kaniasty co-authored a review with his colleagues in the recently published journal Psychological Science in the Public Interest.

The review is titled “Weighing the Costs of Disaster: Consequences, Risks, and Resilience in Individuals, Families, and Communities.”

Psychological Science in the Public Interest, a supplement to Psychological Science (a flagship journal of the Association for Psychological Science), features comprehensive and compelling reviews of issues that are of direct relevance to the general public. These reviews are written by selected teams of specialists representing a range of viewpoints and are intended to assess the current state-of-the-science with regard to the topic.
