IUP Special Collections and University Archives and the University Museum have been awarded a Preservation Assistance Grant for Smaller Institutions from the National Endowment for the Humanities.
This $5,894 grant will be used to hire a preservation consultant who will survey collections in the IUP Special Collections and University Archives and the University Museum.
This is a collaborative grant between the IUP Libraries and the University Museum, and it will be supervised by Project Director Harrison Wick, the Special Collections Librarian and University Archivist at the IUP Libraries, who is also a member of the board of directors for the University Museum.
