Tammy Manko, Ed.D., served as the commencement speaker for the University of Phoenix Pittsburgh Commencement Ceremony.
The program, honoring 180 graduates with degrees from the associate to doctoral level, was conducted on Saturday, September 28, 2010, at Soldiers and Sailors Hall in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Manko also plans on attending the July 2010 University of Phoenix graduation ceremony in Arizona.
