The IUP Hispanic Heritage Council is sponsoring a special celebration to observe the last day of Hispanic Heritage Month in the United States. This event, titled “Noche Latina,” is on Saturday, October 16, 2010, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. in the Ohio Room, Hadley Union Building.
Noche Latina is about bringing everyone together to embrace the Hispanic culture. The night will be filled with talent displays, poetry readings, dancing, Hispanic food, and lots of fun!
Tickets are $3 in advance and $5 at the door. Tickets can be purchased at the Office of Social Equity and Civic Engagement in B17 Delaney Hall.
