Dr. Sharon Franklin-Rahkonen of the History Department has been elected to serve on the Finnish Council in America, an advisory body to the President of Finlandia University in Hancock, Michigan.
Franklin-Rahkonen serves on the Academic Committee examining the Finnish content of curriculum and programs at Finlandia University.
