Mac teaches international relations, American Foreign Policy, and public policy courses in the Political Science Department of Indiana University of Pennsylvania. His interests also include national and international security policy, complexity, and the information system as a national security risk.
Prior to being awarded his Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh, Mac retired from the U.S. Army where he worked with various national security issues in the Republic of Panama and for the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
