The IUP International Education Scholarship application deadline is now extended until Friday, October 30, 2009. This scholarship is for any IUP student planning to study abroad during Spring semester 2010 on any IUP-approved study abroad program.

Students, faculty, and staff enjoyed a diverse array of cultural activities during International Coffee Hour, sponsored by the Office of International Education. This event celebrates the beginning of International Education Week.

Following along as two IUP students experience new cultures far away from home. Daniel Critics is currently in Botswana and Sarah Flewelling is getting ready to depart for a year in Japan.

The deadline for the International Student Exchange Program (ISEP) is quickly approaching! All ISEP application parts for outgoing Spring 2010 are due on Monday, August 17, 2009.

The IUP Office of International Education congratulates IUP student Daniel Spratt, who has been awarded the Benjamin A. Gilman Scholarship. Dan will be studying in Shanghai, China, on an IUP reciprocal exchange for the 2009–2010 academic year.

The deadline to submit applications for Summer and Fall 2009 IUP exchange programs (excluding ISEP) is March 15, 2009.
