The State Employee Combined Appeal (SECA) campaign officially ended on Friday, November 9, 2012. A total of 132 IUP employees donated $42,120, including 33 individuals who made a first-time donation to SECA.

Due to delays and office closings caused by Hurricane Sandy, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is extending the SECA (State Employee Combined Appeal) campaign by one week until Friday, November 9, 2012.

The generosity of numerous on-campus organizations has once again provided incentive prizes for this year’s campaign. Drawings will start Monday, October 8 and will continue weekly through the end of the campaign. All those making a SECA pledge will be entered and eligible for all the weekly drawings.

While the SECA campaign “officially” ended on Friday, November 4, 2011, pledge forms and donations can still be processed this week. The window is still open!

This year’s SECA campaign is drawing to a close—the last day to sign up is this Friday, November 4. But that’s still enough time to make a difference for the nonprofits and charity organizations that help enrich our lives.
