Faculty and students in Deaf Education and Speech-Language Pathology and in the Department of Health and Physical Education collaborate each year to support clients who attend the Special Needs Activity Program at IUP.

The IUP sign language performing group SignIn’ performed Sunday, October 24, 2010, at the Halloween Fair put on by the Council for Exceptional Children in the Hadley Union Building.

The Deaf Education Program in the Department of Special Education and Clinical Services recently received its five-year reaccreditation from the Council on Education of the Deaf.
