The Fall semester launch of the new Homeschool Physical Education Program on campus was a huge success, providing over 100 K–12 homeschooling students in the Indiana area with high-quality physical education lessons taught by preservice Health and Physical Education majors.

The James G. Mill Fitness Center will be running a winter fitness program from January 14–March 25. Each participant will wear a pedometer and record the number of steps at the end of each day. The person with the most steps at the end of 10 weeks will receive a free one-year membership to the fitness center.

The James G. Mill Fitness Center will begin its new fall fitness program, running from September 24 through November 19, 2012. Each participant will wear a pedometer, and the person with the most steps at the end will receive a free one-year membership to the fitness center.

The James G. Mill Center for Health and Fitness announces the annual Biggest Loser Competition. Open for members and non-members, this competition will start September 26, 2011 and last until November 18.
