A memorial service will be held for Timothy Zahumensky on November 5, 2012, at 7:00 p.m. at St. Thomas More University Parish. Tim was a senior student studying Nursing. All are welcome to attend this service.

Malinda Cowles and Rita Drapkin (from IUP), along with Catherine Massey (from Slippery Rock) will be presenting a Train-the-Trainers Workshop for the Safe Zone Program at the Dixon Center in Harrisburg on March 18 and 19, 2010.

PASSHE received a $500,000 two-year U.S. Department of Education grant to reduce alcohol consumption and binge drinking among first-year residence students by 7 percent. IUP will be one of fourteen universities participating in the grant’s goals.
