Faculty members can help students combine areas of study and interests and encourage them to present their work at the 2014 Undergraduate Scholars Forum or the Graduate Scholars Forum. Sean Derry, Department of Art, encouraged his student Wasko to pursue this goal.

Mary Cristello, a senior in the Early Childhood Special Education program, shared her Undergraduate Scholars Forum experience in order to encourage other students to participate during 2014. Mary Cristello won the Dean’s Award for her presentation “Bilingualism and Its Impact on Education.”
