The IUP Academy of Culinary Arts is sad to share the news that former chef instructor Thomas Vieli passed away on Tuesday, May 28, 2013. He was an instructor from 1994 to 1998 and had a successful 30-year career, holding numerous corporate chef and management positions and teaching at several universities.
