IUP Announces New Approach to Developmental Math Experience

Beginning in fall 2014, the departments of Developmental Studies and Mathematics will implement adaptive computer software called Assessment and Learning in Knowledge Spaces in all developmental math courses.

Mathematics Modeling Teams Excel in COMAP Modeling Contest

Yerger and Donley Receive Grant to Develop Image Analysis Software to Measure Irregular Leaf Shapes from Insect Feeding

Ellen Yerger, Biology Department, and H. Edward Donley, Mathematics Department, were awarded a PASSHE Faculty Professional Development Committee grant for their project, “Development of image analysis software measuring irregular leaf shapes from insect feeding on native and non-native plants.”
