Open House hosted by the James G. Mill Center for Health and Fitness. This event runs Friday, October 30, 2009 from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. The fitness center is located on the second floor of Zink Hall.

The annual weight-loss contest hosted by the James G. Mill Center for Health and Fitness is open to anyone who would like to join, and sign-up is only $15. The competition begins Thursday, October 8, 2009, and runs for eight weeks. The winner will receive a FREE one-hour massage from the Woods Spa and a one-year FREE membership to the James G. Mill Fitness Center.

IUP will host a Special Olympics Pennsylvania Multi-Sport Training School on Sunday, March 21, 2009, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Zink Hall.

The annual Corntoss Tournament will be held on November 1, 2008, to raise money for the Sport Management Scholarship and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Indiana County.
