Contemporary Collaboration Performance Includes U.S., France, and Japan

The Ovation! series will present Strings and Serpents, an international collaboration that explores a synthesis of Japanese and Western structures by merging musical and visual form, performed on October 22, 2014.

Steinway Artist Joe Augustine to Present Piano Recital

Acclaimed pianist and Steinway artist Joe Augustine will be in residence on the IUP campus and will present a free recital on Tuesday, October 28, in Gorell Recital Hall.

Visiting Guests to Present Demos, Lectures on Tibetan Buddhist Ritual Music

Experts Tom Schmidt and Lama Topgyal will present lectures to IUP music classes and Honors College classes concluding with a free session open to the IUP and Indiana community on Thursday, October 1, 2009, in McVitty Auditorium, Sprowls Hall at 7:00 p.m.
