What causes people to become involved in their communities and with politics? Dr. Tara Johnson of the Psychology Department is seeking participants of all adult age groups to complete an on-line survey at their own convenience.

On September 25, 2009, Dr. Irene Hanson Frieze, professor of Psychology and Women's Studies at the University of Pittsburgh, will talk about her ongoing study of changing attitudes of university students in central and eastern Europe as they respond to a world changing around them.
