Cost-Saving Toner Purchase Program

The IT Support Center is now offering a cost-saving purchase program for toner cartridges. Offices can save up to 40 percent on toner with the option for free service and parts to keep the printer fleet running.

Instructor Desire2Learn (D2L) Self-Directed Training

IT Services is pleased to be able to provide Desire2Learn Instructor Self-Directed Training. The training contains over 100 video tutorials covering the most commonly used aspects of Desire2Learn.

More Info Regarding the August 10 SSL Certificate Change for IUP Wireless

Any windows clients that are configured to “not prompt” after the RADIUS authentication server update taking place August 10, 2012, will need to run through additional steps to reconnect to the wireless.

SSL Certificate Change for IUP Wireless Connections Takes Effect August 10

As part of scheduled maintenance to the IUP wireless network, IT Services will update the RADIUS authentication server with a new Certificate effective 7:00 a.m. on August 10, 2012.
