Blues Artist Sonny Landreth to Perform Special Summer Concert

The Lively Arts at IUP will present Sonny Landreth as a special community summer event. Performing an evocative and vibrant mixture of southwest Louisiana blues, the concert will be presented on May 31, 2013.

Wong Doe Releases Debut CD of Gareth Farr’s Piano and Chamber Works

IUP piano faculty Henry Wong Doe’s debut CD, Horizon, of solo piano and chamber works by New Zealand composer Gareth Farr, was released on the Trust Records label on August 7, 2012.

IUP String Project Accepting Applications for the Fall Semester

The IUP String Project, a community music education outreach program for children ages 5–18 in Indiana and the surrounding area, is now accepting applications for private lesson instruction on violin, viola, cello and bass. Applications are due on September 10, 2012.
