At the direction of Governor Edward G. Rendell, all U.S. and Pennsylvania flags will be lowered to half staff in the Capitol Complex and across the Commonwealth to honor the memory of Corporal Jonathan M. Walls of Berks County.

The 2009 State of the University address will be held Thursday, August 27, 2009, at 9:00 a.m. in Fisher Auditorium. The title is “Through the Storm and Bound for Greatness.”
