The R.A.D. course is designed to provide women a secure and safe environment within which to develop psychological and physical self defense strategies to protect against rape and violent assaults.

Construction on the IUP campus will hinder traffic on Grant Street at the corner of Pratt Drive August 7 through 13. Traffic will alternate one way during weekdays to enable workers to install utility lines.
