Swiss Externship Serves Up Prestigious International Experience to IUP Culinary Major

Jeffrey Miller, from Johnstown, Pa., is spending this year in Switzerland. He is currently working at Seehotel Kastanienbaum, situated on the Horwer peninsula, fifteen minutes from the old town of Lucerne.
