Kaniasty Selected for IUP’s Distinguished University Professor Honor

Psychology professor Krys Kaniasty has been selected as Distinguished University Professor for 2014–2015. During his tenure as IUP’s Distinguished University Professor, Kaniasty will work on a project that will address the question “When is social support actually helpful?”

Nearly 500 Years of Service to IUP: New Emeritus Faculty for 2014

This year, 18 former IUP faculty members were granted emeritus status. Emeritus status is an honor conferred by the university to show respect for a distinguished career.
