Psychology’s Pavloski Presents at 20th Anniversary Toward a Science of Consciousness Conference

Raymond Pavloski, Psychology, presented “Neural Networks in the Early Visual System May Create What they Cannot Compute: Temporal Sequences of Connected Open Sets of Neurons With Non-Empty Intersections as Visual Objects” at the 2014 conference in Tucson, Arizona.

Psychology’s Kaniasty to Study Psychological Impact of Stressful Political Events

Krys Kaniasty, Psychology, received a PASSHE Faculty Professional Development Council grant for the project entitled “The impact of perceived stressfulness of commonly experienced political events on psychological well-being of Americans.”

Psychology Hosts Informal Gathering With Distinguished Alumnus

Thomas O’Dell will visit with the Department of Psychology on Friday, April 11. He has gone on to a very successful career at UCLA working on basic mechanisms of memory.
