Indiana University of Pennsylvania’s Indiana Regional Highway Safety Project and the Clarion County Sheriff’s Department are co-sponsoring a safe driving competition for teenagers on April 16 from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Allegheny-Clarion Valley High School.

A total of $3,000 in scholarships funds are available for teen drivers competing in the 2009 Indiana Regional Highway Safety Project regional safe driving competition on April 17.
