Blues Artist Sonny Landreth to Perform Special Summer Concert

The Lively Arts at IUP will present Sonny Landreth as a special community summer event. Performing an evocative and vibrant mixture of southwest Louisiana blues, the concert will be presented on May 31, 2013.

IUP to Host National Association of Teachers of Singing Conference

The IUP Department of Music will serve as host for the 2009 National Association of Teachers of Singing Eastern Region Conference on April 2–4. The Eastern Region is composed of schools from Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, West Virginia, Delaware, and the province of Quebec.

Mantel Invited as Guest Clinician in Colorado

IUP to Host PMEA District 3 Elementary/Middle School Bandfest

On Friday, March 13, 250 sixth-, seventh-, and eighth-grade band students from approximately fifty area schools will come to Fisher Auditorium for a day of music making culminating with an evening concert at 7:00 p.m.
