U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics Projects Strong Job Growth for Anthropologists and Archaeologists

The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics recently listed anthropology and archaeology as having faster than average job growth in the coming years and as being fields where employees make better than average salaries. It is a good time to be an anthropologist!

Applications for 2014 Summer Field Schools in Archaeology Now Being Accepted

IUP is offering concurrent archaeology field schools from May 27–July 3, 2014: Undergraduate Field School, Basic Field School for graduate students, and Advanced Field School for graduate students. Each of these is a 6-credit course.
