Circus Is Setting for Theater Season Opener

Theater-by-the-Grove at IUP will open its 2014–15 season with “Dr. Rick’s Traveling Shakespeare Show Presents The Tempest” on August 28–31 and September 4–7.

Tickets on Sale for Shakespeare Classic

Theater-by-the-Grove’s production of “Dr. Rick’s Traveling Shakespeare Show Presents The Tempest” will be on Waller Hall Mainstage, IUP Performing Arts Center, August 28–31 and September 4–7, 2014.

Sweet Role for Erika Pealstrom

Erika Pealstrom came to IUP three years ago looking for a dynamic musical theater program that would give her creative and academic opportunities. This week, that dream becomes a reality when the Bob Fosse musical Sweet Charity opens on the Fisher Auditorium.

Dance Performance at Carnegie Museum Rescheduled

Due to weather conditions, the workshop and performance by the IUP Dance Theater at the Carnegie Museum of Natural History for February 6, 2010, was postponed and is now rescheduled for Saturday, February 20, 2010. The student dance ensemble will perform scenes from Out of the Deep, a work originated by choreographer Holly Boda-Sutton in collaboration with poet Rosaly Roffman and composer David Berlin.
