Alumnus Serafini Makes Million-Dollar Gift for Eberly College of Business

An IUP graduate has donated $1 million to the university for use by the Eberly College of Business and Information Technology . The gift from Terry A. Serafini, of Pittsburgh, a 1961 education graduate of IUP, will be used to renovate the Eberly College of Business atrium, which will be renamed the Serafini Atrium

Van Dyke, Alumna Tait Receive National Honors in Dance Teaching

Joan Van Dyke, a faculty member in the Department of Theater and Dance, was named the 2010 University Dance Teacher of the Year by the Pennsylvania State Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance. Alumna Ashley Tait, of Schnecksville received honors for teaching dance at the secondary education level.

KidsRead Program Pairs Schoolchildren with IUP Student Tutors

Highway Safety Project to Test How Cars Fit

The  Highway Safety Project  will present its first “CarFit” event on Saturday, December 4, 2010, from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. at Colonial Toyota in Indiana on Route 422, across from the YMCA.
