Students from the Department of Hospitality Management will be volunteering at the National Tourism Association convention, November 15–19, 2008, in Pittsburgh.

Hospitality Management recently published a history of the department, now available on the department website.

Stephen B. Shiring, a member of the Butler County Area Vocational Technical School's Culinary Arts Occupational Advirory Committee, will attend the 2008 2009 meeting on Thursday, November 13, 2008.
