There will be no parking enforcment beginning November 24–28. All reserved spaces, fifteen-minute loading and unloading zones, fire lanes, tow-away zones, and handicapped spaces will be strictly enforced 365 days a year, twenty-four hours per day, seven days a week.

The R&P band parking lot will no longer have restricted hours for parking. The IUP Marching Band has completed its practice sessions for this year. The parking lot is open for faculty, staff, and commuter parking, with permits without restricted hours.
