Music Department to Receive Pipe Organ from American Guild of Organists

The Department of Music will add a notable instrument this spring to its already vast keyboard collection. In May 2014, the department will make way amid its 93 Steinway pianos for the Pogorzelski-Yankee Memorial Organ, valued at $400,000.

The Low Down: Tales from the Margin

Featuring new ceramic work by seven contemporary clay artists, “The Low Down: Tales from the Margin” will open in the Kipp Gallery Annex on November 8, 2011, and run through December 9.

Student Ticket Purchasing Made Simpler for Lively Arts Events

The Lively Arts has streamlined the ticket purchasing process for all of its events, including the touring Broadway performance of In the Heights this Friday, October 21, 2011. The changes were made as a response to concerns by the student body and the Student Cooperative Board.
