Education Secretary Zahorchak to Receive Honorary Degree, Speak at December Commencement

Zahorchak, Pennsylvania secretary of education, will receive an honorary Doctor of Laws degree and will present remarks during Indiana University of Pennsylvania’s December undergraduate Commencement ceremony.
