Still Time to Register for the 10,000 Step Challenge

Registration runs from Jan. 21–Feb. 4, 2013, for the James G. Mill Fitness Center 10,000 Step Challenge. The person with the most steps at the end of eight weeks will receive a free one-year membership to the fitness center and other prizes.

Everyone is invited to register for the 2013 James G. Mill Fitness Center 10,000 Step Challenge! The person with the most steps at the end of 10 weeks will receive a one-year membership to the James G. Mill Fitness Center, a gift basket, and other prizes.

10,000-Step Challenge for Spring 2013

The James G. Mill Fitness Center will be running a winter fitness program from January 14–March 25. Each participant will wear a pedometer and record the number of steps at the end of each day. The person with the most steps at the end of 10 weeks will receive a free one-year membership to the fitness center.
