Next Koru Mindfulness Class Starting October 13

Kim Weiner, PhD will teach Koru Mindfulness, a four-week course designed to teach mindfulness and meditation skills to help students reduce stress, improve concentration, improve sleep, reduce self-judgment, and be more mindful and present. Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome.
