Lowery Speaks at 2016 Mississippi Legal Issues Conference

Professor John Wesley Lowery was an invited speaker at the 2016 Mississippi State University Legal Issues Conference in Starkville (April 28-29). Lowery’s presentations included a higher education legislative update as well as discussing concealed carry on college campuses.
