Summer Student Employment Information 2015

Important information from Payroll Services explains new guidelines for student employment for summer 2015. Student employees are not permitted to begin work until the Background Clearance Request Form has been received by the student employee’s supervisor. Other rules also apply.

2014 W2 Tax Form Now Available On ESS

For all IUP employees who elected to receive their 2014 W2 form online in ESS, the form is now available to view, print, and/or save.

Reminder: Re-enroll – W2 Election for 2014

Employees have the option to receive their 2014 W2 electronically instead of in paper form. To receive your W2 electronically, you must enroll through ESS even if you chose the electronic W2 for 2103.
