Indiana University of Pennsylvania’s Indiana Regional Highway Safety Project and the Clarion County Sheriff’s Department are co-sponsoring a safe driving competition for teenagers on April 16 from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Allegheny-Clarion Valley High School.
